
At
9:00 on July 30, with the safety of the last steel box beam, the key
project of the expansion of the Third Ring Road in Chengdu – the
complete project of the Yangxi Interchange, the main structure was
smoothly completed.
At
the scene, Tian Yonghui, the person in charge of the construction
party, told the reporter that the project applied prefabricated bridge
piers for the first time in the southwest region. The steel box girder
of the project also adopted prefabricated assembly technology. After
completion, seven new ramps will be added to realize four directions. Fully interoperable, and strive to open to traffic at the end of August, and return to the people.
On
February 4 this year, the Yangxi Interchange Complete Reconstruction
Project welcomed the first prefabricated pier of the prefabricated pier.
It is reported that this is the first application of prefabricated
piers in the southwest.
Due
to the long transport length and wide width of the ex-factory
components of the steel box girder, the assembly precision of the steel
box girder is high, the number of sections is large, the workshop and
the site need to be assembled, and the welding capacity of the factory
and the site is large. Strictly
control the quality, the whole workshop is pre-assembled, and the
perforated connection positioning gussets that are convenient for the
construction site are set up. The transportation and assembly must be
carried out in strict accordance with the construction plan to prevent
the deformation of the steel box girder.
The
above structures of the sheep and the ramie are all prefabricated and
assembled. The piers and steel beams are uniformly assembled in the
prefabricated yard and assembled on site by using “building blocks”
construction technology.
"At
present, these bridges are installed for 12 days according to the
traditional construction, and it takes only half a day to adopt the new
technology." Tian Yonghui said that in the complete reconstruction
project of the Yangxi interchange, a total of 110 piers were installed
with this technology.
"Before
it was semi-interoperable, after the opening of the vehicle at the end
of August, it will achieve full interoperability in all four
directions." Tian Yonghui introduced. The
Yangxu Interchange Comprehensive Reconstruction Project will add six
bypass lanes and a distribution lane. Upon completion, it will greatly
enhance the capacity of the Third Ring Road to transform, drive the
construction and development of the commercial circle around the Third
Ring Road, and improve the traffic pressure in Chengdu West.
Among
the seven new ramps, there are four ramps for right turn, two ramps for
left turn, and one forglow lanes. The standard width of the ramp is 9m,
the standard span is 25m and 30m, and the span of some of the auxiliary
roads across the ground is appropriately increased.
